Integrity Burning supplied large steel rings from a steel plate to manufacture a critical part for a motor grader saving thousands of dollars for the end user. The repair included cutting out the existing worn ring in the center, welding the new ring into the collar, and then finish machining the bore, the faces, and the hole pattern. This repair was accomplished at Integrity Burning’s sister company Denver Machine Shop.
