Flamecutting or “Burning” carbon steel plate is the most cost effective way to cut carbon and alloy steel to a specific size and shape. Many applications can be ready used with only the cut and grind surface achieved. For higher tolerance needs the plate can be cut slightly oversized and machined to precision requirements.
Integrity Burning prides itself in providing ready to use or ready to machine steel shapes with the highest of quality. Every plate is cut to achieve minimal kerf by adjusting the weld torches according to the thickness of the plate. Every shape or “burnout” is then ground on all cut surfaces to ensure safe handling and without residue slag ready for use in it’s application.
